... and Buehler... how do we know after these million trees are planted this year... that um... that same drum (?) won't be "raffled" again next year on 4/20 for some kind of other "Heady" project?.... like, as in... does anyone actually ever win the drum?

-audioRiffRaffled and curious ...(those spaces there were for you Odman :P )

Well Audionaut- Because I don't want to go to jail. You will see me on Jam Cruise again next year; With the Drum- because I know of a few musicians who will be on board that have not signed it yet...I will not let the secret out who they are though.

Here is the You Tube Video on Trees For the Future's Website.

As some of you know my hubby got me an iPad2 and while I can read the forum, I'm posting from it now..it seems the entire World Wide Web is all new to me and so I have been far too busy finding out what else is out "here".. Anyway, I posted this to my Facebook last week for Earthday but I should have posted it here!!

Turns out they have an iPad app for planting trees!!! Just food for thought on this initiative... In honor of this thread I was all excited to download this app and come report back to buehlerhead that I too had made a contribution..but it turned out that the app was gone? So..maybe break out Google see what happened to this idea & those who were trying to do it... This might be your answer?

A Real Tree

Let’s start out simple. A Real Tree is about as easy as it gets. For less than a dollar, download the app, and a real tree will be planted in one of 12 countries fighting deforestation including Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Burundi, Senegal, Zambia, India, Philippines and Haiti.

Buy it here: iOS ($.99)

Ok...so I guess it is available? Check out this site.. http://www.arealtree.com/forest/info
Looks like they have about 2,068 trees planted to so far

Ps. Editing a post on the iPad sucks! They keyboard sucks.. Where are the arrows to move up and down??

It's called your finger, touch where you want the cursor to go...

That could be fun if there was a Tai App..oh the possibilities!

Ok.. And I just looked at the app page again and it turns out they are already partnered with Trees for the Furture.. So if/when the app is buyable.. Consider my part done :)

...what are the odds that we get re-raffled here?... I say... a million to one, perhaps?... Buehler, Buehler?.... can we get a copy of your expense account?.... Bwahahahahahahahaha ... thanks for the bump... it was well worth it! :D
