I think so, but don't know for sure, as I didn't measure (though I actually DID have a tape measure with me - DOH!).

The carpeting on the ship is slightly different port side vs starboard side. Or just look at the cabin numbers I suppose. :P

Damn learn something new every day. Although I doubt that kind of detail would make it to my permanent memory

We also need to add a public service announcement about luggage tags, and door decorations. Every year we hear folks upset that stuff was stolen.

Amen. That shit happens.

I have been seeing comments about running out of bottled water on the ship on day 4. Can you have a case of water delivered to your room at the start of the cruise?

Thanks for any insight.

From room service? They sell them by the bottle, but yes. Of course, if everyone orders a case they'll run out by the first morning. ;)

Good Point! I may still order a dozen, H20 is truly the only hangover cure for me.

People bring water on board sometimes - meaning put a case in a duffle bag and put a luggage tag on it when you're dropping off your other bags. Sometimes it has worked and people have received them, sometimes it hasn't worked and it is confiscated as if it were booze, and delivered back to you when you disembark. Technically, it's a no-no.

I may try the duffle bag thing, it can't hurt and if it gets confiscated, it only cost me $10 w/ a cheap duffle bag.

Actually, you're not out anything, you just have a case of water to dispose of getting off the ship LOL - they do give it back to you, they just don't let you have it on board. Same as booze. They don't keep it, they return it at the end of the cruise.

That's not too bad then. I will probably want nothing but water after this cruise, my liver will appreciate it i am sure!

you are allowed to bring water on with you but best to have it as your carry on. Last year I saw people carrying water through the check point so I asked if it was allowed and was told yes. Knowing this next year I'm bringing some water in a cooler with my carry on.
