Ordering bottled water into your room is really the best way to go. We always do it. I think that the stewards have supplies of water that never get sent to the bar, so if the bar is out there's still a good chance that you may be able to order it through your steward. There are order sheets in your room all the time.

Also, I'm still working on revamping this thing.

So if you order say water to your room is that free?

What about breakfast in bed - is that free since all food is included?

But bottles of water are free at the bars right (free water, coffee, juice I thought)?

Just alcohol costs $$$ right?

The ship's drinking water is free, yes, bottles no.

ya bottled anything, including water, costs $$.
you can get free coffee/tea all day at the cafeteria. and free juice in glasses via breakfast room service, and there's a dispenser at the cafeteria in the mornings. If my memory is correct (not 100% sure!) they switch at some point during the day to lemonade and iced tea in place of orange and grapefruit juice in the dispensers in the cafeteria.

I think this past year they had some flavored type water in the dispensers...I don't remember seeing any actual lemonade or tea...I remember being sad...

Yup - flavored type water exactly! I think it was meant to be ice tea though. :? We stocked up on juice in morning when we remembered. Came in handy later in the evening!

Occasionally the "orange juice" will be a little watered down.

I think I asked before but don't recall answer....

Do we get tickets or anything in the mail at all before the cruise?

Or are our names just at the port?

If it's the same as last year, you dont get anything physical in the mail anymore.
You'll get an email from Cloud9 telling you to make sure your name is spelled exactly as it is on your passport, and telling you that tickets are going to be issued via email from MSC.
You'll get electronic tickets via email from MSC.
You'll get a Welcome Letter from Cloud9 via email with all the legal details about the cruise.
You'll be reminded to double check that the name on your MSC ticket is EXACTLY the same as the name on your passport, so you don't have problems during embarkation.
You'll get a luggage tag to print out with the ticket that MSC issues to you, that you can pre-print and put on your bags before you get to port. If you don't print and fill it out that's OK, you can fill in and attach luggage tags to your bags when you get to port.
You'll get your fancy embroidered Jam Cruise souvenir luggage tag in your goody bag in your cabin on the ship.

Thanks Sharon, I cannot wait to meet you in person, I could not be more thankful for all the advice and answers you have given me about Jam Cruise. I really appreciate your help. Have a great Holiday and see you soon.
