wish I could see a JC, but summer/fall is my time on a very different boat to make that money. Still do the same damage to the liver though. In case I can make it one year how long is a normal JC?

Jam Cruise is January 9-14 this year, not summer/fall at all. Get on board!

I didn't see this asked on any FAQ, maybe because of the obvious idiocy, but

Do cell phones work? Will I be able to receive calls in case of emergencies?

not when at sea. they may work at ports, but be prepared for heavy internaitonal charges.
they'll work boarding day as the ship departs, but as we get farther out, the service drops, and vice versa for the day we return.

there is an emergency number directly to the boat, that they give out to passengers, that i usually give out to family in case of a real real emergency.

Here is something I thought we posted before but I can't find it and it may have gotten lost during the purge of the previous FAQ. I know you can find it on the JC website but I like being able to look comparitively and not have to scroll up & down with a calendar open in another window, blah, blah, blah... So this is basically for me and anyone else who wants it!

I loved JC4!!! It has been, by far, my favorite 6 day Jam Cruise ever! It was the last time I got off the boat for every port until this year on JC10. Jamaica was great, my 29th bday in the Cayman Islands is a day I will never forget, and seeing the ruins in Mexico was something truly special.

But can you imagine this?? What if we still only made two port stops and had a glorious full day at sea in between the ports? Don't get me wrong, the destinations are nice but I go on JC to be ON the cruise, not on land.

Maybe we should add the question... "Can we have our 6th day back?" to the FAQ. Granted we don't have or ever get an answer but it is a frequently asked question.

I have asked for a 6th day on every single post-cruise survey.

When are (were) theme nights announced?

What were the the theme nights for each previous cruise?

I could swear I've asked AND answered both of these questions in previous years, but they're not in the FAQ and Search is failing me. Anyone?
