I adored Jam Cruise but I was sad to see the female musical population so poorly represented this year. Anyone else feeling me on this?

Amen! Hell yeah!! Could you amagine having both Fanny and Niki on board? I would probably die from a heart attack but it would be well worth it!!!

Wish there were more female centric bands period. I don't think there's a sauasage only policy :)

Perhaps we could create a supergroup of artists at large for JC11 ?

Jessica Lurie
Liza Oxnard
Shelly Doty
plus all the current ladies I'm outta the loop on.

That seems a natural for JC.

I would welcome back Jenn Hartswick there arent enough horns on the boat.

We could go all the way and get classic TAB and include Natalie Cressman.

What about Susan Tedeschi? How come she and Derek Trucks are never on board?

If you want a list of female musicians to invite, I will gladly come up with a list :)

Last year The Royal Family picked up a FANTASTIC new singer named Alicia Chakour from out of NY somewhere. She ended up going on tour with Warren Haynes Band with Nigel on keys, Ron Johnson on bass and Terrance Higgins on drums. She is a fabulous presence on stage and needs to be look at for next years line-up. For the female's sake...

I was soooooo happy to see Jessica Lurie on board this year, have been requesting her for years!!

Sue Orfield was a great/unexpected addition on sax

Jenn Hartswick back on the boat would be fantastic

YES - we need more women on board but please not Grace Potter = UGH (I know I will get slammed for this, but... it's my opinion yo)

Sonya Kitchell

Last time I saw her, I was thrilled to see that her backup band was THE SLIP... there's another way to bring Mark and the Barrs back for sets with their various bands.
