Invitation to Join the Newly-Forming I'm Not Going On Jam Cruise 10 Support Group

Are you NOT one of the 2700+ adults going on Jam Cruise this year? If so, we know you often suffer from the FOMS, are likely neglecting your urge to hot glue, and may be feeling as though you are compromising your music integrity. We also know it is essential that you get the support you need to prevent Fear of Missing Something burn-out.

Jam Cruisers of America in conjunction with the Jam Cruise Forum League is now forming a month long FOMS Support Group.

• Talk about how you feel about the 10th anniversary sailing with the triumphant return of UM & PGroove but without you
• Get the emotional support you need to cope with missing legendary lighting designer Chris Kuroda making his Jam Cruise debut
• Share knowledge, experiences, and memories with others to help you relive those years of Jam Cruise past

Get information from JC professionals in areas such as: JC video resources available to you, JC financial planning for 2013, partnering with Repeat Offenders to borrow their Robe or hammock, steps to create a safe and supportive environment for this one week in January.

When & Where:
Here in this thread as often as you like come visit and share your story.
Need more personal interaction? Feel free to Skype @missaslan and once you join the support group Skype network you will be added to the Skype members list.
Feel more comfortable on facebook, well you shouldn’t BUT we will invade the YamCruz group for 24/7 banter the entire week of January 9-14 and show them they are not the only ones who had fun!

Been there done that 2 years ago when I closed on my condo Dec 30th and had no funds for Jam Cruise. Don't want to go through that again! Got that $8000 first time homebuyer check back a few months later and the first thing I did with it was book for JC9 Yall will be missed!

Actually, while eating at a hotdog stand today I saw some of our fallen comrades sad posts on fb and decided this must be done..if nothing else so we can all laugh a bit over what seems to be making them all very sad If we close Tuesday I'll be just fine..if we don't my husband is going to be miserable (just like you all told him he would be!).. I mean really what's a little puking and diarrhea?

Aslan, have you checked if there are any JA meetings in your neighborhood?

BBQ Man and I are having an anti jamcruise party. Everyone's invited. We're gonna get fucking wasted and make sure those coming back from jamcruise don't get to go to bed.

When the cruise ends, the party begins.

Hello, my name is Frim and I am not going on Jam Cruise this year ... (waiting while you say, "Hi, Frim).

One of the toughest parts is that my wife, Melissaphish, is so upset that when I try to talk about it, she just says, Don't talk to me about Jam Cruise!

I know we'll survive this and will be back on the boat (relatively) soon.

Oh, announcing that Chris Kuroda will doing the lights REALLY didn't help.

I am going to look longingly at one of my old beer tickets now ...
