one size fits most. there are no other size options from the manufacturer. C9 is not trying to screw anyone, they can only give what the suppliers can supply.

definitely not saying they are trying to screw anyone, merely saying I was sad that robe wouldn't begin to fit. It would be nice to even have two options, that's all. There are lots of manufactureres. not trying to stir trouble. just bummed, I'm sure you can understand. Won't stop me from continuing to more Jam Cruises that's for sure! Love Jam Cruise!

Seamstresses still exist, as do all sorts of other people who sew ... fabric does exist too, even plush fabrics... and there are things known as "alterations"... it is not the end of your chance to wear your RObe in comfort...maybe it will cost a few pennies more, perhaps dollars... or perhaps you may know someone who sews and has access to those fabrics... etc... but there is hope Bruno... much hope for you to wear your RObe. :) 8)

yep... and I'm 6'3", wide shoulders, and close to 300 lbs., hence the want for a larger robe. I think we can all let this one go now. Really sorry I posted this. Seeing your photo August - I can tell you like wearing your robe at times. ...I just wanted to be able to do that same thing. That's all!!
Last post from me. I think we've had our fun with this one. Sound like a plan?! See you all next year! less than 11 months now!

Dude, it sucks that we can't figure out how to get you a robe that fits man. I mean it really stinks. I feel ya mang. There has to be something that could be done... I mean there just has to be. Maybe if you find your own robe then you could talk to Doria (or whoever else) at Cloud9 and they could figure out how to get it embroidered for ya. Simply being told "we're sorry" doesn't really seem like a satisfactory answer.

I feel bad about the robes too Bruno! Jeff's doesn't fit him either so I get two all for myself, that's good for me I guess :)
Talk about a logistical nightmare.. I feel bad already for Doria and staff come JC12.. I have no idea how they are gonna keep the lifer gifts straight..but they will make it work.
The bright side is you have an opportunity to pimp your robe something awesome!!

I don't think they have to keep the lifer gifts straight. Albeit C9 bullheadedly refuses to answer any question on the topic, the best guess from "reading between the lines" is that there will never be any more lifers than the ones that were selected on JC10.

I think they have stated that it's anyone who has cruised 9 or more times.
