Butter & Cornmeal!!! Gonna be tasty!
I am really looking forward to tomorrow nights show with 2 great JC alumni. Got my Vote Rex sash ready so Cornmeal can feel the Rex love. Only thing left to decide is how many of my stripes to let shine.

Well of course it is! However, since the Pacific Northwest is not a natural habitat for zebras they are less frequently seen in the Wild Buffalo which is where I will be. Unlike the Zebra Bar where stripes are widely accepted and encouraged, here stripes need to be somewhat more subtle to avoid being targeted or preyed upon by poachers. Not to fear! This zebra ain't scared!

Plus the addition of a Vote Rex sash is going to blow some minds too! Hopefully I can get a picture with Allie for Rex.

Seeing how Cornmeal tore it up in the Zebra Bar last time they were there I feel like I'm going to have to show them a few more stripes then just shaken my zebra tail. Think the vest is going to make its debut in Bham! With all the rain its gonna be a cold and wet one tonight so the fleece will help keep this zebra warm.

Another great thing about Daylight Savings today, it got me one hour closer to the show!!!

Smokin! For the tour they had been alternating opening/closing and so Bham got warmed up with some Hot Buttered Rum, tasty with a great Tennessee Jed cover, and then a full entree of Cornmeal till close! It's been quite a while since I've seen either of these bands and they both delivered.

Now, who's ready for Nectar's on St. Patty's Day?

Sat. night was great!!! Bandalabra is hot and crispy, just like I like my B.A.C.O.N.!!! St. Patty's Day had nothin on that show for me. That's just me though, Max was in good form making the most out of the green day. Got to see the Dupree's and several other cruisers. I even saw Kitty and she WASN'T wearing purple!

Didn't see this thread til now. Great idea! Oregon krewe had a great weekend in Portland with UM on Friday and an AMAZING Orgone/Galactic show Saturday!!

SO I figure this is a good place to ask.... does anybody on here know someone in the Showbox organization that can connect me and help me get in to put on some shows? I started up a Crescendo Productions in January after getting back from JC. I have Big Sam booked for Seattle and Portland August 16,17. I'm tryin to get a BIG funk band booked for the end of June and those guys are not giving me any response. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
