So, I've been doing a little research on the ports since the announcement and I'm wondering if anyone can confirm if Coco Cay is a tender port? Additionally, has anyone been there? Will we be the only ship or is it a multi ship port?
Also, I've discovered that while in port in Grand Turk, the Carnival Destiny will be there as well, but they get in and leave earlier than us.

Cococay is a tender port, it is another of Royal Caribbean's private island stops. I haven't been there in awhile but I think its smaller than Labadee as its a small island.

^^ Informative as always! So this also settles one question: Coco Cay is a tender port.

we were at Grand Turk on JC5, long dock with Margaritaville at the end, big ole pool. Then, there wasn't much there but that was awhile back.

is coco cay one of those ports where the cruise line staff have to get off the boat and serve us on land?

i liked Grand turk on JC5. downtown is just a cab ride away.

Coco Cay is run by Royal Caribbean International. They also operated Labadee Haiti if you were on JC10, I expect it to be a "carbon copy".

This island has no roller coaster. Unless the band on the beach is going to blow me away I'll be asleep in my cabin. I'm guessing bluegrass on the beach. Unless they fly in equipment I don't see them bringing all that stuff off the boat using tenders.

I think C9 missed what we liked about the beach party in Jamuary. A doc is needed.
