Aha! So with the schedule finally published, it would look like this then, right?

Mon 1/7 - Soul Train (unofficial)
Tue 1/8 - Blue Lagoon Boogaloo (official)
Wed 1/9 - Zebra (unofficial)
Thu 1/10 - Cirque du Funk (official)
Fri 1/11 - This is Spinal Tap (was Headbangers Ball) (official)

A little disappointed to not end on circus, although March Fourth on the pool deck will be epic with the circus theme.

Can someone please explain "this is spinal tap"

see the movie.

...but if you want to take the easy way out, think old school heavy metal attire.

Sounds good to me! I'm gonna skip the zebra theme this year anyway. 1) too many years=sick of it, and 2) nothing in the Zebra Bar that night is on my agenda :)

I think that we should switch Zebra and Soul Train.

Move Zebra to the first night because there are a lot of people opting out of that theme, and it has been done before, and since we aren't totally unpacked it would be easier to throw together.

Then Soul Train on Wednesday so it can have it's own complete day.

Just a thought. I'll participate regardless of the order.

Ally.

As long as there's a Zebra bar the zebra theme will survive... and beyond, my blood runs black and white at this point.

There's no way we'll ever find a theme night better than German Sparkle Party. We should just do it every year.

We like to party party. Don't think I'll be packing my rubber boots but after last year I can't imagine not bringing at least one pair of party pants.

so yeah, I'm gonna jump on this and say the theme nights this year are:

Mon 1/7 - Zebra (unofficial)
Tue 1/8 - Blue Lagoon Boogaloo (official)
Wed 1/9 - Soul Train (unofficial)
Thu 1/10 - Cirque du Funk (official)
Fri 1/11 - This is Spinal Tap/Headbangers Ball (official)

unless there are vocal objections to doing zebra on the first night.... make it so! :D
