Just want to say how pleasant it was to call Cloud 9's customer service line and actually get a human being who wanted to be helpful.

I try and avoid doing anything online because I love talking to the C9 staff.

metoo... i was talking to my room mate about where you would find me in the disco, and my rep was like "yea, you'd find me there too, and probably will"

There's no messin around for us cruisers, JC is serious business and I've come to expect nothing but professionalism from my fellow cruisers.

We all know how hard you guys try but I'll add my story too:

9/18 last day of courtesy name changes I finally got a new virgin cruiser to commit, First I tried to add her myself, then I sent her the cloud 9 webstite and then called them to add her. She messed something up and had to do it again.

I ended up calling 4 times on what I imagine was a busy day, all 4 times I got the same guy and he was incredibly helpful and the entire time. I really should have gotten his name to give him proper credit.
