Attended their acoustic show here in Durango last night. The emcee, "Rasta Stevie" starts off the night asking "Has anyone heard of JamCruise?" He got a Woot!Woot! from me in the second row. Stevie goes on to tell the audience that Toots and Anders met on JamCruise early this year when Anders was asked to join for one song on stage. and that Anders joined for the one song and stayed for the remaining 45 minutes of the set.

This type of "magic" is not uncommon at all on the ship (as a lot of us know). Nonetheless, it was very cool to hear this story being told on a land locked stage and I wanted to share.

See y'all in a couple.

Ship Magic! Ship Magic!! Thanks for sharing, there are so many great ship stories floating around and I get warm fuzzies hearing them whenever I come across one. Woohooo!

I remember that show vividly! Toots called him up for a song and then Anders just stayed on stage behind him with a awestruck look, playing along the rest of the show...it was pretty dern cool.
