If you still have nothing when you leave:
Print out your confirmations that you have paid. In an absolute worst case scenario, MSC has the roster of cruisers and together with C9 on site it should be figured out. It's probably going to be long and tedious. It should be possible also to call MSC and get your booking number (not C9 reservation, I mean MSC booking#) but as we all know with MSC they're not very organized. Keep raising hell though until the last minute.
This is a problem every year for a lot of us. Just to put blame where it belongs, it's actually not Cloud 9 causing all this drama, it's MSC. C9 is caught in the middle and I'm sure are working their asses off to get it fixed. But you need to be that squeaky wheel!
