similar to location I loved on the Poesia, although the same'ish location is a higher CAT/more $$ than in years past. But! there are some cheaper room nearby (insides, lower floors) that my posse can book if this spot is too pricey for their budgets this year

Not as far back but still just a quick run up the stairs from where the Jam Room should be.

8164 This is the exact cabin I was going for. I'm betting on the Jam Room being in the B & W bar. We are not as close to it, but we are so much closer to the rest of the venues. For years the walk from the theatre to the cabin has been a drag. Fixed it!

That's where i wished we could've gotten a cabin. Near the Atrium elevators is a good central location. I still think the B&W bar is gonna be one of the main venues, with a smaller jam room somewhere midship.

sadly for us, there are no quads in the middle on deck 8.

8263 here! I would have gone closer to the atrium elevator but I've never had a balcony so I went all the way in the back this year.

This was my rational for not spending more on the Cat 2's all the way back. Not quite a hop, skip, and a jump between the Jam Room and cabin, more likely a big hop, a skip to ma lou or two, and then JUMP away now.

Certainly not my wish, but there simply aren't many large spaces on this boat. The B&W is the only big one indoors besides the theater. In the previous 4 years, the Zebra Bar had music scheduled for about twice as much time as the Jamroom was open, and the Jamroom usually doesn't get a solid crowd until late night. Seems to me that they would have to prioritize that big room for scheduled acts.

Although, maybe the B&W could pull double duty. Music venue for scheduled acts from 8 pm to Jamroom-o-clock, then Jamroom from Jamroom-o-clock until sunrise.
