We put a deposit down during pre-book. If we room in a cabin with someone else, do we get our pre-book deposit refunded and if so how? We are definitely going on Jam Cruise, we just may be someone's cabin. We are aware of the cancellation form, but don't know if that effects our status.

The answer is in the email with your prebook token, at the bottom:

email wrote:
Pre-Book Cancellation Policy:

You have 30 days from the Jam Cruise 12 announcement to cancel your pre-book and receive a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel your pre-book after May 30th it is subject to the Jam Cruise 12 cancellation policies according to our Terms and Conditions. Once you convert your prebook to a reserved cabin regular cancellation fees apply according to the Jam Cruise Terms and Conditions

Thanks Serk. Figured this was how it was going to go down. Just want to make sure we get our Robes this year even if we don't book our own room.

no worries on RObe status! as long as you are a named passenger they'll have you in the system as being on the cruise. just use the same login/cloud9ID (whatever they're calling it these days) so that your history is all together. don't create a new/different account. see you on the ship!

I am confused, you mean if two people prebook and decide to room together someone loses money?

They do warn us about multiple prebooks... Just deal with it now before you get hit with cancellation fees instead of just an administration fee.

Nah, you didn't screw up. We just need to find him a roomie. This is the place to do it. Tai's younger brother is going this year. Don't know if he's pre-booked or not, and I'm not sure if he's in Serk and Tai's cabin. There's a cabinmate for Chris out there somewhere...

I agree with stASH. Don't let that boy room with mom and dad! Kick his butt out there on the street and let him have some fun!

You definitely do lose 50 bucks if you prebook and end up in someone else's room. I have done it a couple of times. I know... Slow learner.

Don't worry August, I didn't prebook him to be in my room!! I want Lar all to myself. It's all good, I understand the policy now and told him about it last night. Think he is going to room with Said's brother. I am just happy he is finally going on the boat!
