For those of you at the Saenger for Jazz Fest 2 years ago, you heard Karl trying to give us COkin a shout out. Unfortunately by then none of us had any voices left... we kept shouting "Colorado!" and Karl kept listing places... he was lookin' right at all of us saying "and it's great to see all you folks from New York... uh, Los Angeles... uh, Orlando???" hehe. There won't be ANY WAY he'll mistake us on the JC! Who's bringing the state flag?

Strange how something like that that was so long ago forgotten can resurface with some prompting...

I was there - I think I DO remember hearing "COLORADOOOOO" and I do remember yelling "PHLORIDAAAAAAA" Oh well, Karl had his groove on and no, NO one had voices left at that point! What I remember more than anything was just the state roll call. Specifics are still pretty hazy. I'd tell you why I can't remember but our moderators may have to take my post off the board for discussion of certain "activities."

Yes - That was the infamous chant from 5-5-1. I was there - second row -right next to Boulder Bill and his lovely wife chanting just as loud as the next freak!

Do you recall Lenny dropping his pick and like the ENTIRE Universe stopping to help him find it? I have some seriously funny memories of that show!

I wish Tips still had the video up on their site to re-live the memory.
