Hello everybody, I am going to be teaching a couple of Kundalini Yoga classes on the second Jam Cruise. I am not sure what time they are, but I think they will be around 9:30 am, or sometime around that. The classes will be held on the sports deck. Hope to see you there. Peace and Blessings. :)

Yoga Before bed sounds really good to me. A good time to do yoga is
around 2 1/2 hours before sunrise. So maybe that will work with some people better. However it may be hard after such a long night. We will see what happens.
Peace

:D Yoga in the morning sounds great. Should we bring our mats? 9:30/10:00 will be the most sober time of the day for most people. Maybe not?
