if anyone has the flying frog brigade's first show please let me know. i am dying to get my hands on it. i thought there first show was the highlight of the cruise and i thought the second show was a huge disappointment. I think it was just a little to heavy for what i was looking for. i felt like i needed to mosh in order to dance to it.

also want both galactic shows on jc2 and both denson shows. franti's show was also a highlight though i found myself getting somewhat annoyed by all of the constant politics.

I was the tall guy that always looked like i'd just woken up with a nasty case of bedhead. that was hands down the best time i've ever had.

Any word on the particle shows??

I'm patient, so no rush, but were they taped at all??

The Floyd cover on JC 1 late night ('One of these days') was VERY strong.

I sorta thought Franti was a bit preachy for me but thats how raggae has always been, the jam that ensued after those preachy songs was simply incredible. That day was a deffinate highlight

tall guy with bad case of bedhead... sounds familiar, were you also wearing a tye-die most of the time? hehe. seriously though, i might just remember who you be.

Franti preachy? Ya'll were annoyed by the politics?

I thought Franti's shows were some of the most awesome I've ever seen. The message was right on and welcomed by everyone I spoke with.

Rock the Vote, ya'll.

well, i have to agree to some point here with the preaching. When im groovin' with the lady and having a great time, lyrics about HIV and stuff like that mess with my head and makes me think about things i dont necessarily want to think about. the love is awesome, but some of his lyrics interupt my grooving ability. Wife agreed with me at the time, i was like "i dont want to hear about people dying of HIV right now".
just my opinion, other than that, it was a great experience. vote, dont vote, its your choice, lets dance ya'll. thats how i felt.
and yes indeed, its part of raggae to be like that so i fully understood where it was coming from.
