bar tab did suck, next year keep all records...remember you should have been charged initially $200 more than your tab (deposit)

The best course of action is to "dispute the charge" with your credit card company. It's their job. Contacting the merchant never works. Besides, make 'em do their job and work for the interest money you pay them every month!

I thought that the deposit just went toward your tab (if you were paying my credit card)?

I made sure I saved every one of those slips and I compared them to the summary they gave you at the end of the cruise. Everything matches up except one. I don't have a slip for a charge that was over $100.00 + $15.00 for the tip. I never ordered that many drinks at one time from the pool bar? Thanks for all the help :)

I caught them adding stuff to my tab once that I never ordered (on the 1st day!). I got really pissed and came up with a system to keep them from doing it. I started signing right under the last item on the tab. After I started doing that, there was never anymore room for them to add stuff because they would have to put it under my signiture. I tried telling as many people about that as I could.

I noticed, on a survey that showed up in my room the nite before we left, that Madison House Travel took care of gratuity for our excursion. Perhaps that is what the $39 credit each person received was for??

Remember nothing is ever free

When we all booked our trips through madison house, the gratuities were included in our fares. $39.00/person was paid with your initial booking.
