Paul/ Shadank: "If they stapled two strips of bacon to that paper they slide underneath your cabin door in the morning, THAT would wake me up!"

There were soooo many more funny quotes so thank goodness my girl Sarah wrote them down in her notepad as we heard them. She'll be posting them later when she gets home.

I don't know if this counts as a quote, but my most memorable scene is the group that dropped their guacamole on the pier in Mexico, and then proceeded to scrape it off the concrete and eat it. I suspect they are currently quite sick.

Also, my first post! I've decided to stop lurking vicariously through serk/Sharon/ny wife. Great meeting so many of you! :)

While having dinner with Hal the broken clown on the last night I noticed he was wearing a watch on each wrist. I asked him whats the deal with the 2 watches and he replied "I LIKE TO FREAK PEOPLE OUT"

My top 3 quotes overheard:

"Give it up for Awkward Knuckles, ya'll!" (Franti, introducing his "guest" drummer in the theatre) 8)

"Anyone seen a giant turtle with a little blue sombrero? His friends miss him." (a lovely spun-out young man on Deck 12)

"If I didn't have so many artificial substances in me, this place would freak me out." (a certain NOLA bassist who shall remain anonymous)

By Vince Herman during the Pooldeck Salmon set:

Quote:
So how many of you out there feel a lot more like the way you do now than how you felt when you got on the boat?

or something along those lines.

Second best:
Quote:
This is the horniest jam cruise ever!

I think that was during one of the Bonerama sets.

my friend overheard some chick in the pool say, "damn this is strong chlorine"

her friend replied "well, it's actually saltwater"

without a skip the same chick inquires, "where do they get it from?"

We thought we were so clever the night before we were pulling into Belize, coming up with catch phrases like "you better Belize it" and "this is unbelizeable", only to get off the boat and see souveniers with these exact phrases on them. Could it be that we weren't actually as ingenious as we thought? Probably....
