I would be too. Well not quite panic attacks, but I'd be concerned.

You need a back up plan. What time would you have to leave, in order to drive? Check the weather about an hour before that. If it looks dire, pack the car and drive away. You could drive the whole way, or drive to an area without the weather issues, and fly from there. One way rental car?

I wonder when you would have to leave to take the bus? Like yesterday?

Regardless, I will always have a back up plan. This year the forecast in DC is snow Thursday, Friday, & Saturday. My Jeep will be packed, and as soon as I see any accumulation, I'm leaving. If I had a car I'd leave even earlier.

I'm phuckin freakin out.

Upstate NY is about a 26 hour drive. Plus about 5 hours worth of naps at rest area's. So that's 31 hours total. You should be at the port by 4pm. Give yourself 1 hour to pack the car. That means that your cutoff time is 8am Saturday morning. If for any reason your flight hasn't left yet, drive away!

Realistically? Not gonna be a problem. You planned well. 8)

We will always get to da boat atleast a day before she leaves. Must plan for anything that might go wrong, but still leave time to get on da boat. Must say the leave on sun and return on fri is the best set up, let's us get into town for a weekend pre and post

It's 12 degrees outside...knowing that I'll be on the boat in a couple days is making it unbearable

DAMN YOU PEOPLE and DAMN PRICELINE!!!

We had perfectly good plans: Fly into Lauderdale on Saturday afternoon >>> chill>>> eat>> Sleep>>>Jam Cruise

but could you people be optimistic about the weather?
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

could Priceline hold it's ground and not offer me a really good hotel rate?
NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOO!!

could JetBlue charge us more than another $90 per ticket to change our flight?
NNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

So we be landing Friday, January 1st instead of the 2nd.

AHH, Jam Cruise got closer :D

FYI.....omega3 fish oil capsules, multivitamin, and vitamin d taken on an empty stomach swallowed down with ice cold milk followed by a snack an hour later of clementine oranges and pomegranate seeds makes for a very bad idea and a sick sick tummy.

nite all
