Robert Randolph was so frightened to be on the water that he was wearing his life jacket sitting in the cafeteria during dinner.

wow, so much. In no particular order:

- I found new music.

- I found new friends.

- I got lost.

- I got found.

- I played through.

- I waited in a 6 hour line.

- I waited in a 45 minute line.

- I drank too much. (see below)

- I went swimming. (drunk)

- I went snorkeling. (drunk)

- I went jet skiing. (drunk)

- I played kick ball.

- I laughed.

- I cried.

- I had cool socks.

I may have peed in a potted plant.

I got wasted going snorkeling with Jeff Austin and Steve Molitz.

I got to run a video camera for the projector on the mainstage for two nights while Crittendon sat in with everyone else.

I blacked out for four days and ended up meeting so many of my best friends. I had to re-meet them the following year, however. They already knew me.

I reached a point of absolute transcendence looking over an endless wake at dawn. Maybe that was more than one time...oh shit I have a rear-facing balcony.

I bonded with a bunch of new friends while almost missing the boat due to a ramshackle zipline company in Honduras.

I helped a friend who was working the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic sneak into our private party on Cayo Levantado.

I slept all the way through a Claypool set. Worst FOMS nightmares ever, and they were real.

I spent almost the whole cruise in bed because my home lifestyle ruined my vacation. Then I got home and saw the world clearly. Thanks, Jam Cruise.

Endless thread, good job Ananda.

(this really is awesome 'nanda. Next years fun guide for sure)

the drummer from Lotus got called Felix from Germany all night long because they were both wearing orange hoodies

I danced to Magellan while the sun came up over the water

my friend told Stanton that he couldn't come in the suite because they didn't want a sausage party.

I watched big will eat a five course meal of salmon

Fishman played a piece of broken metal roofing with a can for kids at an orphanage

I watched Karl d try on Pauls stilts while a disapproving Deborah looked on

I walked the streets of Mexico with Hal and listened to people scream mahi mahi

I drank the last six pack available on the boat with tim carbone

...I watched my awestruck friend tell Les Claypool that she was the one in the front row getting down the night before at his theatre show. He replied, "I was in the one on the stage, kind of in the middle".

...I watched the same female friend moon Keller the last morning. Keller seemed to get a kick out of it, but not as big a kick as the ship cleaners who were all chanting we love Jamcruise as we left.

And just because you all know I can't resist...

...I listened to people complain about a french fry & onion ring salad, after ordering... a shoestring potato and fried onion salad.
