that law passed in ontario a while ago. my first highschool dance i walked home topless with my girlfriends and there was a car that sat at a red light and then it turned green and back to red again..so funny.

Yup,and once the Federal Liberal Gov't approves the recreational use of ganja,which they are close to doing, I expect the population to double overnight :shock:

Fact of the matter is,it woulda been legalized along time ago if not for the fact our feds are afraid of your feds' threats to shut down trade between our two countries if it happens.
Not an endorsement one way or the other,just a picture of the political stance on the topic up here.
Polls show most informed Canadians think it's ridiculous to do time for the recreational use of it.But,as always,its the vocal minority we gotta worry about.

My man Lypper... We have had some progress in that area and some States are allowing some use...

Hal, you are correct, I did stay away from the “tops optional” deck. I saw it but was afraid of the potential clientele. San Diego has a clothing optional surf spot that is full of nothing but 60+ year old men with really odd-looking parts. In addition, two kids a lots of nursing (I know, this is totally ruining the thread Randall) makes for some very large, to put it bluntly, milk bags. So, the equation was like so:

Lots and lots of boats drinks
+
Big big boobies
=
Never leaving the sun deck
AND
An angry big daddy.

Still, yeah for boobs!
