It is absolutely a condition. It generally sets in around the announcements in May, then for some people it is dormant during the summer just to come back with a vengeance around labor day. Note that the cruise itch disappears once you have your first drink at the pool bar. You may pick up other stuff on the ship but that's another story. So anyone feeling it yet?
