Aslan Deacon dude! That is why I created this...to push people to the forum:) Everything here is answered by telling people to go the forum! We have this for only live chat! Read the wall..this is the anti YamCruz group..I created this forever ago to manage the UnFun. Don't worry! I would never support anything that doesn't push people to the forum..if you read my rants on YamCruz a few days ago you would get the joke :)

I really think we are building up way too much drama about these groups on FB. The forum offers us things FB doesn't and FB offers us things the forum doesn't. I love the turf wars that have also erupted on the YAMCRUZ/JamCruise groups! Seriously people? These are all ways for us to communicate, share ideas, and be silly. YAMCRUZ got started so we could chat live. I suggested we use the name YAMCRUZ because it wasn't an official JC group. Now that one got big and some didn't like how it was being handled so there's another one. I can barely keep up with all of them but I'm trying!

I'm with all of you that don't want to see the forum go away, and if anyone wants the to forum to go away I think you're just crazy (and NOt the crazy that's a good thing.)

My name is Denny and I'm a forum, FB group, and basically all things JamCruise addict.

Az, I'm sure your heart is in the right place, as always. I left both JamCruise and Jamcruz. This is my home for anything jam related, cruise related or any drama related to the people related to the jam and cruise related world. I have a personal FB account mainly to communicate with people in Europe. I'm active in other organizations and I'm doing my best to get them off FB and into the real world. Or at least onto a real web page!
FB is sucking the life out of the Forum just like Starbucks is killing all the mom&pop coffee shops. We have had Pannikin Coffee here in Leucadia since like forever and now some douche-holes want to build a Starbucks here. F**k no! Ok, that didn't have much with the Forum to do, did it? More than in some philosophical way, maybe.
I don't chat. I don't have time to chat. When I'm on the computer I want to focus on what I'm doing. The young generation is so ADD. Whether I'm writing a novel, playing chess or solving the Gargantuan Equation of Life, Universe and Everything, I don't want to be disturbed. I have disabled any popup windows from all my browsers. Except for the damn FB where I don't know how to stop the damn chat requests. I don't text, I don't Tweet (Twitt? Twot?), I don't chat. Need me urgently, call me. Want me to think big about the answer, email me. For any other purpose, use the Forum. Otherwise you may distract me from something extremely important. Like looking for my beer opener.
More than anything else, I can't wait to see you all IRL. (Isn't it said that reality needed its own TLA?!). Then we can chat in an enjoyable environment without popup windows and personalized ads. Just don't try to chat with me when I'm listening to Orgone. I'd IP block your ass!

This forum just doesn't offer much that interests me these days
I still check it out daily but don't see much that I want to comment on.

It's funny because I almost did call you..and realized i don't always understand you on the phone, it's helps when I can watch your lips moves.. Sharon suggested you could sing to me :)

Also, since FB doesn't have our Smilies, I've just adopted the habit of typing out the code for our forum Smilies and typing them in comments on FB. Those who get it are the ones I'm talking to anyway.
