My gf and I arrive from the west coast on the afternoon of 1/7 and need to somehow get down to ft lauderdale. renting a car or taking a taxi is not out of the question; though I figured I'd throw this out there first.

ooof- looks like the train will be running at 4:04PM and 6:04PM... our plane is scheduled to land at 4:15. Looks like a cab is next in line unless we can get a rental car super cheap

Hope you are talking about landing in West Palm Beach on 1/6 and not 1/7 at 4:15 pm. The boat sails at 7 pm and you need to be on board by 5 pm on the 7th. Landing in WPB will cut it close.
