Pimp your RObe?

What did the lifers receive this year? Last year was an ipod?

4 timers = RObe
5 timers = Hammock
6 timers = Backpack
7 timers = Ipod
8 timers = Patagonia fleece.
9 & 10 timers received a framed display of all the embroidered luggage tags of the cruises they attended. (Mine is proudly on my wall next to my flag.)

I've got my 2 original Oscar pins the LIRRs gave me on the collar of my fleece. Only pimpin of the fleece I would consider would be to embroider on my forum name.

I wear that thing 9 months out of the year, which reminds me... how can I get a new one once I've worn though the original?

I believe if you ask doria nicely she will replace your destroyed robe but you have to pay for the replacement.

It's not from Cloud 9 but my Ipod is pretty pimp. Right now I am listening to the funky meters on the pool deck of JC8

So, are there only certain size to choose from? Is that why yalls are too small? I get mine next year. I am tiny and I am PRAYING that it's not too big

I need it to be a nice fitting robe so I wear it and can discard of the nice ones I have at home

I suppose that I can have it altered, but hopefully it's not too ill-fitting.

It'll probably fit you just fine!! The sleeve length from underarm to cuff is 13 inches (yes, I'm wearing mine atm).

They are one size fits all but I am only a couple inches taller than you so I have a feeling it would fit you pretty well.

ya there is no size choice, the RObes are all the same size.

That said, I think an exception will, or SHOULD, be made for Jayda getting a kid-size one next year.

it's not the first time i've heard ideas like that. honestly, i think it would be kind of lame. the robe isn't about status to me. it's about being awesome enough to keep coming back year after year... and extreme comfort. it would be like a pimp getting a fur coat with "i have 14 bitches" embroidered on the back. if the fur coat isn't enough for you to feel like a pimp, you're trying too hard.
