it is mentioned at the 2006 string summit,so whichever one was 2007 would be it

ya they were on JC5. I don't know of any recordings personally. Search for 30db (their duo name), I know there are at least some youtube videos.

I have not been able to locate even a record of the set anywhere. I did try 30db to no avail.
