starting to look good.........just changed my choice of weekends to the 1st. figure i will check out something different. seems that the nights are somewhat similar to last year plus i just found out sts9 is doing a special night of "sector 9" should wobble me into a perfect week of festivities.

Well try to stay to atleast wed nite!!! some of the best late nite shows happen on tuesday & wed b4 2nd weekend!

it is called jazzfest and they are not doing the GCS. this is a sector 9 show which is very dirty and very psychedelic :DANCE:

:HAND: Some of the GCS will be in NOLA. i know it's jazfest but what is "Mardi Gras World"@ the River City Ballroom ? :WALL:

wanders.....mardi gras world is a bunch if buildings where they make most of the floats for mardi gras and the river city ballroom is in the complex.........and like i said this is a evening with "SECTOR 9" not GCS i have no idea what you mean by "some of the GCS" other then you might have wanted to be at least some right

:?: has anybody seen GA do the michael jackson set? any good? or would a regular GA show be better?

we haven't,,,but were gonna, as karl brings it everytime,,,we know what da gba bring, so them doing mj set, will be worht checking out, 2 us

I'd say the expected value is about equal, the MJ set has a greater variance, but also the uniqueness bonus. So ask yourself (a) are you a risk seeker? (b) how long since your last GBA show (i.e. how much do you value the uniqueness factor) and finally, maybe most importantly, (c) what are your fallback options for the two GBA shows.

I'd go see them at least once, and for me it will be the MJ show. But you can't really go wrong either way.

we so think alike! and as a bonus, we can walk from our home to the show in under 10min's
