so we won jam cruise bingo this past year,,,free tix's to the "allgood" fest,,,we've tried to contact the staff to get our tix's,,,we emailed them in may & june with no response,,,,,,,what do we need to do????????????????thanks

I'd say call them up, easiest to get that done on the phone I would think.

hoping to handle via email,,,we only get 300mins a month,,,,which doesn't give us alot of time to call friends, which is how we wanna spend those mins,,,,but will call if we dont get it done thru email,,,,,,,heck we'll call u 1st ;)

I'd give you some of my minutes if I could, I've got like 4000 extra because the phone is not used for talking. =D good luck with your hunt! :) :DANCE:

virgin moblie,,,they let us have unlimited everything,,,but mins [which is how they get they monthly bill to be much higher,,,but we only pay $25 a month, if we don't go over on mins

glad that got worked out... looking at facebook photos, I assumed that everyone from the c9 office is in A/C right now. :)
