STUB HUB - I bought tickets today for a NFL game and after completing the transaction noticed I purchased only one ticket and needed two. I will say the customer service I received from Stub Hub is among the BEST I have ever gotten ..... ever!! They worked with me to correct my mistake and I ended up with exactly the tickets I wanted within the hour.

Big props to Jason, Stephen and Collins for their assistance and to Jessica and Margaret for their follow-up emails.

First time I ever used Stub Hub

My buddy had a ticket for the most distant seat at msg nye and the seller backed out last minute. SH replaced it with 4th row center.

Yes but that's because the scalper that stubhub enables for a huge profit got a better price.

Hmmm..... Buy worst 2 seats in the house at face value, list on stub hub, have friend arrange to buy them, pull out at last minute = free U.P.R.A.Y.E.D.D. Miracle or dump nosebleed tix at below face outside venue, use for beer $$.

Normally I'd say beware karma, but I'm not sure karma applies when dealing with StubHub or other somehow-legal ticket scalpers.

Wasn't free. If you back out of a deal as a seller, your account gets billed for the replacement tickets. It's one of the way that stubhub prevents fakes.
