Opening night was fantastic. AB is doing really fine things in there. Mike D played 3 extra long sets. Carly Myers is the best thing I've found all week.

Congratulations, man. I'm prouder than I have ever been. :mrgreen:

This is bad ass! Congrats! Next time I make it to that part of the country it will be a mandatory stop! The music quotes page on your site made me read the entire page ... twice! lol Nice work! Best wishes for great success! You should post a few more pictures of the place. I bet folks would love to get a better idea of the lay out.

I made it out to The Hot Spot for the first time last night and WOW! The space is great. I was surprised when A.B. told me it's still a work in progress considering how amazing it looks already! Everywhere I looked were beautiful paintings, festival posters, and music themed decorations (including a sweet stained glass guitar). I especially love the skyline mural, the moon that changes phases, and of course the Jam Cruise flag flying above the bar. I can't wait to see what else A.B. has planned.

The vibe was awesome. There were lots of people there and everyone was smiling and having a good time. The whole staff really made me feel at home. The food was delicious. It was just a great night all around. I can't wait to come back and hope I can make it up to VA again asap.

Thank you A.B. for your hospitality and the huge amount of hard work you've obviously put into making The Hot Spot what it is!
