ya'll learning,,,,we wait for it to open on the 1st day,,,not to buzzed yet,,get it outta da way,,the merch room gets us for about $200 each year,,,ya'd think after 8yrs of cruising we'd have e'nuff merch already, but no,,,,things break like our jam cruise pint glasses, coffee cups, shirts get stained, socks get dirty,,,,but its worked into the budget!

Don't ask for the front it's the bow, the crew will be foreign and I've never had a foreign crew that wouldn't take a small dash to do something against the rules, tonight I'm dashing all the guards in the port knives from Lowes, it's Christmass eve that way I can get in and out of the gate at any hour of the night, no Wahalas, Walt

If there's a will there's a way. Same trick as getting into the "secret" jacuzzi. Just leave somebody at the door so you don't get locked out there. And you have to figure out which deck it is, or bribe somebody that knows. :wink:

So true! I'm buying 1st day at sea myself. I waited as well & didn't find much. Not this time!! How does one get zero sleep & still manage to function? I made the jam room once last year & I'm embarrassed to say it was only once!! I must do better this time!!! 5-7 hour energy drinks anyone??

sleep no more then 3hrs each day & just make sure those hrs are not during the jamroom hrs!!!
we've closed the jamroom 39 out of 41 times,,,,

watch out for those energy drinks will only do you so much and in the end your more tired with a little gut rot....i suggest to bring a alarm clock as the wake up calls never have worked and last year instead of playing thru i slept thru a little too much

Three hours ouch!! That's what those nice afternoons lounging in the sun are for though for sure! Luckily there are 4 of us going this year because my cabin mate loves her sleep too much!! She misses wayyy too much awesome stuff!
