So here's one that boggles me. Everybody knows that the green peppers are unripe when picked and the reds have reached full maturity (that's why they're sweeter).
What about yellow and orange?
Are they picked when they are various degrees of ripe, or are they different variants all together? I.e., does the same plant go green-yellow-orange-red, or do they all start green and then turn either yellow or orange or red.
Please help. This one is consuming me. I cannot cruise until this one is solved. Thanks!

My anxiety has officially shifted from my casework to making the right choice between the two complete, amazing costumes I already had in my closet for circus night. I can't take this pressure anymore!!!!!

I hear ya, I'm calling it done at noon today, the chances of me actually outputting anything functional today is something like 0.14. Maybe less. :shock:
