Skerik is in town and playing A LOT of shows over the next month or so, including residencies at the Royal Room & Owl & Thistle -> it's a veritable Skerikathon here in the NW!!

Below is a list of the shows I know of... will update the list as I hear of more -> hope to see lots of you local music freaks (and visiting music freaks) out there!! All of these shows are in Seattle unless otherwise noted.

sat 27th at the nile.....jazzfestgrids already has some shows up

and for the meter/phish freaks out there they added a second show of the metermen w/page at the republic on the 27th ticks go on sale sat. the 1st show sold out in 8 hrs

these 2 shows appear to conflict: Omaha Diner & the Metermen. Scored a ticket to the Metermen in a pre-sale yesterday, gonna be a tough call, this one. maybe just maybe I can find a trade for the 5/4 show & not have to choose...!

sparky, i will keep you in mind on the 5/4 ticket, just need to wait for friends to confirm that they are still going, don't wait for me though as you should take the first real offer you can get

YES! This is my first extended trip to JF... one of the "benefits" of skipping JC this year.

and cool about the 5/4 ticket, I'm in no hurry to do anything at this point other than maybe buy a ticket to Omaha Diner also => Bobby Previte + Skerik = freakin' bad. ASS!! and it's always good to have options

you should make one, I'll enjoy reading it and living vicariously through y'all.

Sun 3/3 - PK (Paul Kemmish)/Skerik/Greg Keplinger - Blue Moon, 9pm
from PK: we're gonna CRUSH! I'm really excited to play with these two monsters. Expect the free-est of Free Jazz in a post-Coltrane world. It's going to be loud, rude and unapologetic.
There is NO COVER, so you must drink heartily and tip the band!!

maybe just maybe see ya there.... but am more likely to head down to OR for the weekend instead of weeknight in B'ham
