did they not send out the email asking for feedback this year. I would really like to tell them all the problems people had with the new boat so they can start working out how to fix them for next year, or does jam cruise just not care anymore that they are getting money from an extra 1000 people now?

Really? After 11 years of incredible customer service you just assume immediately that they stopped caring? That's an awful way to approach a customer service survey they voluntarily send out asking for constructive criticism.

They didn't sell those 1000 spots, just a fraction of them. They did sell them on Holy Ship though. From the looks of the photos I saw Holy Ship was packed.

the boat seemed way more packed this year or maybe it was just that the stages were smaller I don't really know what it was but I'd take the old ship any day. and I think the artists feel the same too. I heard some of them saying a few things they didn't like about this ship
